Scope

One product line, and only that one: disposable spunlace nonwoven face towels for facial cleansing. Material, size, GSM, texture, fold, and packaging are described for that towel alone. Nothing outside it is offered, quoted, or specified on this site.

What this guide covers

The numbered pages follow the order a purchase usually moves: what the towel is made of, how it is packed and approved, who makes it, and what still has to be decided. The news notes sit beside them.

Knowledge base index All ten topics in reading order, with a search box: materials, GSM, sizes, pack formats, folds, sample approval, manufacturing, shelf notes, common questions, and the glossary. Materials, sizes, and GSM Four material options, nine confirmed unfolded sizes across the 20 cm and 30 cm series, and the arithmetic that turns nominal size and GSM into a theoretical piece weight. Packaging and sample approval Five pack formats, the fold each one carries, and the series each is made in — which of them dispense, which are single-sheet, and why a 30 cm towel never dispenses — plus the record to keep when samples are compared under the same conditions. Manufacturer and confirmation process Who manufactures the towels, what the standard status does and does not mean, capacity, lead time, export markets, and the five steps from requirement to shipment. Retail shelf notes Ten short notes from reading 121 face towel product pages in six markets: which pages state a GSM, how fiber and size are worded, what a pack holds, and where a price comparison goes wrong. Face towel FAQ Whether every option can be combined, whether a higher GSM is better, what to compare on samples, what an OEM quotation needs, and what falls outside this guide. Glossary Nineteen terms used across this site, each defined where it appears and linked back to the section that explains it — so a term can be checked without reading the whole page.

The three texture names

Plain, pearl, and F are the texture names used in the current product data. At equal GSM, the order of fabric thickness in our production is plain < F < pearl. A texture is approved on a sample rather than from a name.

Schematic of a pearl texture: rounded embossed dots arranged in a regular pattern.

Schematic of an F texture: diagonal embossed lines crossing the surface.

These are drawings of the pattern structure, not photographs of a finished towel. Pattern scale, GSM, color, and fold are confirmed per project against an approved sample.
